74th annual “RHAPSODY IN VIEW" on November 5th and 6th

THE DOWNTOWN SHREVEPORT LIONS CLUB PRESENTS THE CENTENARY COLLEGE CHOIR IN “RHAPSODY IN VIEW.” THE ANNUAL CONCERT IS SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 5 AND NOVEMBER 6 AT THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH IN SHREVEPORT.

THE SATURDAY NIGHT PROGRAM IS AT 7:00 P.M. AND THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON PROGRAM IS AT 3:00 P.M.

TICKETS ($15.00 IN ADVANCE, $17.00 AT THE DOOR, STUDENTS $10.00) MAY BE PURCHASED FROM CENTENARY CHOIR MEMBERS, DOWNTOWN SHREVEPORT LIONS MEMBERS, AT HURLEY SCHOOL OF MUSIC ON THE CENTENARY CAMPUS, WHOSE NUMBER IS (318) 869-5235, AT ALL PORTERS CLEANERS LOCATIONS, OR BY PHONING (318) 429-6887, THE FIRST UNITED METHODIST MUSIC DEPARTMENT.

PROCEEDS ARE DIVIDED BETWEEN THE TWO ORGANIZATIONS. THE LIONS CLUB’S PORTION WILL BE USED FOR THEIR PROJECTS, SUCH AS SIGHT CONSERVATION, LIONS EYE RESEARCH FOUNDATION AND THE LOUISIANA LIONS CAMP NEAR LEESVILLE.
