On Saturday, August 22nd, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, a special historic radio show broadcast of THE BEST OF TIMES RADIO HOUR will take place at the Hirsch Coliseum located in Louisiana State Fair Grounds in front of an audience at the 2009 James Burton International Guitar Festival events being held from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.  Radio show host Gary Calligas will  have Frank Page, former KWKH radio personality and former Louisiana Hayride announcer as his special guest and co-host of this historic live radio show.  In addition, James Burton and several of his internationally known musicians and friends will appear on this radio show prior to the Guiness record attempt for exceeding the record of the largest number of guitarists on stage playing the same song at 2 pm.
