Willard Scott’s birthday and anniversary announcements

Is someone you love about to celebrate his or her 100th or 100-plus birthday or a 75th or over anniversary? If so, Willard Scott will try his best to announce it on NBC’s "Today" Show.  

Please send the following information in writing three to four weeks in advance. The full names and addresses of those celebrating, how old they will be on which date and something personal about them should be included in the letter.

Also,  include a daytime phone number so that if your greeting is chosen, the producers can confirm the date it will air with you on the phone. Willard does receive hundreds of requests and it is only possible for him to announce twelve on the air each week. However, he will send congratulatory notes to everyone that he cannot announce on the air, so please be sure to include the full address of the celebrating person.

Last but not least, please include a photograph that does not need to be returned. It can be color or black and white of any size.
