Volunteers Stations and Donations are needed for the Caddo Council on Aging  “Meals-On-Wheels” Program.

The time………..an hour or less a day……

The rewards………matchless! 

Businesses throughout Shreveport area are being set up as Volunteer “Stations” where meals for up to eight needy seniors are dropped each Monday through Thursday for delivery by persons from these businesses around noontime to isolated seniors in your area.  Many seniors in our town make the decision each month whether to buy food or medicine, and they are too proud to tell a soul. These businesses help to bring them needed food.  

If you or your business can not donate your time to become a volunteer station, please consider to give financially so that the waiting list of those seniors needing meals will be wiped out in 2007.  Your contribution could save a life.    Please help!
