The 211 system in Northwest Louisiana is operated by CenterPoint. Calls and information received will be routed to the appropriate agenices to assist the person. The majority of social services calls into the Centerpoint Referral system deals with seven major needs -- housing, prescription medications, tranportation needs, payment assistance for utility bills, and identification needs.
